Job title: Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Agent
Terms: fixed term, 5 days a week, shift rotation

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries quickly and professionally; be friendly, patient and always look for a successful outcome for the customer
• Create excellent customer experience: strive for customer retention and loyalty
• Work proactively to improve service quality; recognize complex problems and involve team members to resolve them effectively
• Follow-up on open issues and see to their resolution
• Follow all procedures and workflows accurately
• Document customer symptoms and troubleshooting steps clearly
• Provide feedback on a daily basis on emerging issues

Requirements:

• Be a high school graduate (preferably college or university)
• Native or near-native Hebrew skills
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (you will be communicating with your colleagues, supervisors and other stakeholders in English)
• Good PC knowledge (hardware, software, internet)
• Familiarity with Windows, MS Office Suite, Skype, Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger
• Superb communication skills
• Be a team player
• Have a customer-centric mindset
