On behalf of our industry leading client we are looking for excellent customer service specialists for call center positions in Athens.

You’ll be working on international technology clients’ accounts, providing best in class customer support on the phone. Your main objective will be to make sure customers are satisfied to increase retention and loyalty. You will involve other teams, technical experts, escalate issues and follow up on them if necessary.

It’s a full-time, project-based opportunity with potential for development. If empathy, patience, superb communication skills, a problem-solving attitude and a consultative approach are your greatest assets you’ll do great in this position.

Job title: Customer Support Agent, German

Terms: It is a project-based, fixed term position; 5 days a week in rotating shifts


Handle incoming inquiries quickly and professionally; be friendly, patient and always look for a successful outcome for the customer
Create excellent customer experience: strive for customer retention and loyalty
Work proactively to improve service quality; recognize complex problems and involve team members to resolve them effectively
Follow-up on open issues and see to their resolution
Follow all procedures and workflows accurately
Document customer symptoms and troubleshooting steps clearly
Provide feedback on a daily basis on emerging issues


Be a high school graduate (preferably college or university)
Native or near-native German skills
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (you will be communicating with your colleagues, supervisors and other stakeholders in English)
Good PC knowledge (hardware, software, internet)
Familiarity with Windows, MS Office Suite, Skype, Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger
Superb communication skills
